
Spinach, Potato & Beacon Saute
What you will need:
- 1 pk of Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 small to med size potato
- 1TB of Knor Seasoning
- 3 pieces garlic
- 3 pieces of dry shataki mushrooms
- pinch of salt & pepper to taste
With the Shitake Mushrooms I placed them in a bowl with hot water for like 10 min. The best thing to do it is to soak them over night but I was short on time. Then take the steam off and slice them. But them to the side


Just cut up the bacon saute in a pan until golden brown then pat dry and place to the side then add onions and garlic to pan and saute until tender then place them in the bowl with the bacon


The next day with the leftover I just added some pasta a little butter and cheese.
