What you will need:


- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Water
- 1/2 cups of sugar

In a pitcher pour the coconut milk, sugar and condensed milk after you empty the coconut milk use the can to add the water I refill it 4 times.

add some ice and drink up.

Spinach, Potato & Beacon Saute


Spinach, Potato & Beacon Saute
What you will need:

- 1 pk of Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 small to med size potato
- 1TB of Knor Seasoning
- 3 pieces garlic
- 3 pieces of dry shataki mushrooms
- pinch of salt & pepper to taste






With the Shitake Mushrooms I placed them in a bowl with hot water for like 10 min. The best thing to do it is to soak them over night but I was short on time. Then take the steam off and slice them. But them to the side



Just cut up the bacon saute in a pan until golden brown then pat dry and place to the side then add onions and garlic to pan and saute until tender then place them in the bowl with the bacon


Chop up your potato and saute them in the pan for about 10 mins drain in hot water your spinach and place in pan with potatos and place all other ingredients back in pan in cook covered for 15 more min and you are all done

Now enjoy I just toasted some bread and had a bowl

The next day with the leftover I just added some pasta a little butter and cheese.

Cilantro and Chesse Rice

1) 2 1/2C of left over rice
2) 1C of Cilantro
3) 1 pack of Sazon Goya
4) 1tsp Salt
5) 1c Shredded cheese blend

In a 9x12inch pan place one layer of rice, cilantro, cheese and sprinkle half of the packet of sazon goya.
Then repeat the same thing twice and salt to taste.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 20 min and enjoy.
